Proteomics International (WA)

Proteomics International is a life science company focused on proteomics – the industrial-scale study of the structure and function of proteins. Founded in 2001, the company provides specialist analytical services on a fee-for-service basis to a predominantly export market. Proteomics International also has a research and development unit that creates new diagnostic tests and provides consulting services. In 2014–15, the company diversified into new markets in the Americas and Middle East, with exports accounting for 47 per cent of total annual revenue. Since inception, Proteomics International has invested $6.5 million in analytical research.
