Capogreco Farms (WA)

Capogreco exports melons and broccoli to supermarkets, wholesale markets, food service and catering businesses in South East Asia and the Middle East. The family-owned agribusiness grows, packs and ships all its products, which include highly recognisable brands such as BJ Melons, Sunshine Sweet Melons and King Melons. Capogreco began growing broccoli only two seasons ago and now already has a weekly supply contract with customers in Singapore and Bahrain. The company has expanded its export markets from three to six, and increased export sales from approximately $1.8 million in 2012–13 to $4 million in 2014–15.
