Senetas (VIC)

Government agencies and corporations in more than  30 countries entrust their data protection to Senetas’ multi-certified high-speed encryption hardware. 
The company was established in 1997 to design and manufacture encryptors that were first used by the Australian Federal Police. Soon after, Senetas’ encyrptors gained US Government certification and were adopted by the US Department of Defense. Global finance and banking organisations, and some of the world’s major commercial enterprises soon followed suit. In 2014–15, Senetas’ export revenue increased 53 per cent to $14 million, representing 82 per cent of the company’s total annual revenue.
