Ferguson Australia (SA)

Established in 1969, Ferguson Australia is an international award winning, premium brand for Australian seafood. Ferguson Australia generates revenue from export, wholesale, seafood processing and contract packing. Specialising in Southern Rock Lobster, Ferguson Australia launched its innovative value-added lobster range in 2003. This milestone launched the brand into international markets and it now processes and distributes seafood products on behalf of more than 350 Australian seafood businesses. In 2015, Ferguson Australia acquired two South Australian seafood brands and export facilities, growing the company’s lobster production and launching into the Southern Bluefin Tuna industry. These acquisitions have increased the group's annual lobster exports to 390 tonnes, and its projected turnover is expected to quadruple in the next financial year.
