Founded in 2005, Avinet’s web-based software helps users meet and manage operational, safety and compliance requirements from anywhere and at any time. The company’s 200 customers include aviation, rail and road organisations from 26 countries, and more than 6,050 full-time equivalent users log in regularly to Avinet’s three applications – Air Maestro, Rail Maestro and Road Maestro. In 2014–15, the company increased export revenue by 57 per cent and consolidated its international alliance partner network in Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, UK and USA. Avinet has its sights set on South East Asian markets, and UAS (unmanned aerial systems) operators where aviation regulatory compliance pressures are increasing.
