Ferra Engineering (QLD)

Ferra Engineering is a partner to many of the world’s largest aerospace and defence original equipment manufacturers. Established in 1993, the company specialises in the design, manufacture, assembly and test of aerospace structures and sub-systems. The company has won numerous industry accolades. This includes being selected ahead of 17,500 suppliers globally to become the first SME in Australia to win the Boeing International Supplier of the year in 2012. In 2014–15, Ferra Engineering recorded its highest annual revenue since inception. This success was largely driven by new export contracts, the most significant being the Joint Direct Attack Munition – Extended Range contract for Boeing Defence, Space & Security.
