The past decade has seen South East Asian Livestock Services (SEALS) export more than half a million head of live cattle and buffalo to South East Asia. In 2014–15, the company’s total annual foreign revenue rose by 56 per cent to $157 million after establishing new markets and expanding existing markets. SEALS established the Vietnam market and more recently trade to Cambodia. SEALS' exports make up 100 per cent of Australia’s total live export trade to Brunei, 10 per cent of trade to Indonesia, 11 per cent of trade to Malaysia, and 16.2 per cent of trade to Vietnam.
