CarePlus Australia (NSW)

CarePlus exports Australian products to Chinese consumers through the Alibaba Group’s Tmall Global, an online platform for selling foreign brands that are new to the Chinese mainland. Founded in 2011, the company sells a range of Australian-made baby products, cosmetics, food and health supplements. As well as brands such as Blackmores, Green’s Food and Lowan Whole Foods, CarePlus sells products from smaller, farm-direct brands in rural and regional Australia. CarePlus also has online stores in other leading sales platforms aimed at the Chinese market, including JD.com and Suning. In 2014–15, the company’s exports grew 858 per cent to over $5.7 million.
