ANCA impressed the Australian Export Award judges as a well-established company that has managed to stay ‘ahead of the game’ for many years while still maintaining an almost exclusive focus on export.
In 1995, ANCA was an Australian Export Award winner. The judges commended the company for having strong foundations – both administrative and financial – and for an intelligent market diversification strategy that supported continued export growth.
Particular note was made of ANCA’s strength in R&D, as well as the company’s continued performance as a very solid niche manufacturer. The judges also commented on ANCA’s success with staff retention and job growth during a challenging period for market conditions within the sector.
